I'm doing a similar process for work (EB2). First we would need to get the PERM labor approved. Then we would need a 601 waiver approved showing hardship to a USC/LPR family member. Finally, consulate processing in Ciudad Juarez.

I have accrued illegal presence though. If you haven't or if you are covered by 245i you might be able to AOS in the US.

If you're asking this, I'm assuming your company is willing to sponsor you. Just talk to their lawyer.
