It's true that you don't necessarily have to submit all the evidence when submitting your application, but in the current climate, I don't know why you wouldn't. At the very least, you do have to submit all the information required for the i864 and evidence of financial support (taxes, w-2s, etc). Did they go into that?

The medical can be done/submitted before the interview. I submitted one with the application, and had to do another one before the interview (1 year and 1 week). good luck!

The guy has really good reviews online, and he seems to know his stuff. He took all the financial documents from my wife, just not mine. We are getting a house, so we will have all the joint documents by the interview, and I guess the pictures. And That’s the thing he said, the medical exam will expire after a year, so do it in a later date. But what I read here all have the medical sent in. I’m just wondering if anyone had done the same but went through.
