They are going to be giving Trump 5 billion for a wall for this BS? It sounds like it doesn't even reinstate DACA legislatively. What a scam, Trump is gonna see this and he is going to keep using to get money for his wall little by little.

I truly hope Dems see the fine print and don't give trump a policy win. He can show off a lot with those 5 billion.
