Copy of green card front and back. (We have this)
If you have traveled outside the country include passport biographic page and passport pages with exit and entree stamps for both you and your spouse. (we have not travel outside the US)
Copy of Marriage Certificate showing that you and your spouse are still married (we have this)
Copy of Social Security Card for both you and your spouse (we have this)
Copy of Joint Life insurance and Health insurance (if any) (... we don't have this since i don't have life insurance and we both have our own health insurance through our work. we work in the same company)
FORM (G-1145) for notification of your case, so you know when its been accepted. They will notify you threw text or email with your case number as well. (thank you we will add this to our package)
In case you didn't know you can now pay with credit card for form (I-751) you would use form (G-1450) to pay with credit card . (I will be writing a check)
You want to provide as much evidence since you have been married up until now.
P.S make sure you signed all forms that need to be signed
