I think it’s clear that this issue will go pass 2020, possibly even pass 2024. This statement was just to save face in my opinion with all the recent reports of Democrats abandoning DACA.

Our issue will not go through Senate unless Trump ends DACA now. Then we have a bigger chance. Either way, neither party would agree on the four pillars.
