I recently got married to my USC fiancé. I have been thinking of applying for AOS for months but needed clarification/ guidance on something. My apologies if this question has been asked before. I spoke to two different lawyers about my application. One said we needed to attach all the support proving ours is a bonafide marriage with the application. (Pictures, wedding invitations, joint bills, character statements from friends etc.). Another lawyer I spoke to said we only attach what is requested as part of the application (birth certificates, tax documents etc) and save all of the bonafide marriage support for the interview. This doesn’t seem right to me. Could you guys, who have gone through this process, she’d some light on this and advise what’s the correct thing to do?
