if they include 1 million Dreamers + 500k TPS + 1 million in green card backlog and charge them 10k each for a 5 years conditional green card with condition no crimes and no dependency on welfare, it will cover 25b for Trumps wall. his base will accept it and dems will also accept it. someone needs to put this idea into his mind.
