5 billion boarder wall passes house, goes to senate. On Jan. 3rd, senate gets 2 more republican seats. Is it possible that they pass the same 5 billion boarder wall bill (since there's less dem seats in the senate now)? Does it have to go back to the house even if it's the same bill?
