Politically speaking, it's better if daca issue is resolved before 2020 election for Trump. He'll get more latino votes and he needs to change the narrative to help him in 2020 ASAP.

Trying to milk a few more "pillars" when / if SC strikes down DACA doesn't seem that worth it imo.
