Democrats already gave Trump a win on prison reform, why can't they give DACAs a win instead of criminals a win. Why does trump not just go ahead and add USA act to his border proposal?

Trump is the worst negotiator ever, and would've starved by now if this were any other nation in the world and he were not rich. He is a scraper, he has scraped by life coasting off daddy's riches and via sheer luck.
