Certain people in the government (Big Brother) might have wanted Trump to be president instead of Hillary because they needed him to do 'something' or thought that he would be easier to manipulate.

Conspiracy theory #2: The Mueller team leaked false information on purpose to observe how certain people would react if Trump was going down. After all, nobody from the white house wanted to say on national tv that "No, Trump did not order Cohen to lie to the Congress." Even the Fox news anchors were pushing the deputy white house press secretary to say exactly that, but he refused to say that on three occasions. So who knows? Maybe the Mueller team is checking to see how things would fall into place if they were to pull the plug on Trump.

On a different note, I have my doubts about Buzzfeed since they reported on the pee-pee tape. They seem like an organization that is doing the dirty work for some other organization. There is just something fishy about them.
That Steele Dossier originated from a highly credible source, retired MI6 agent Christopher Steele.
