Maybe democrats are daring Trump to reject.
The additional fund is not going toward Trump’s wall. Half goes to infrastrcture and the other half goes to immigration judges to handle asylum backlogs which Trump hate.
Maybe they are not feeling pressure, maybe they are being offensive and dialing up pressure on Trump and to corner him.
