All of my grandparents passed away. According to my cousin my maternal grandmother with dementia asked for my mother on her death bead despite all her other children being present. It tore my mother’s heart into pieces. Grandma always said (to my mom) “I’m only living to see you again in this world “ but over 20 years past and it never happened.
So I get why some of you want to go back home or travel. For me there is nothing left outside of America
