@KarenTumlin No news from #SCOTUS today on #DACA. That makes it very unlikely that the High Court could hear the DACA cases in this current term. The next time the Supreme Court could consider whether to hear any of the cases is Feb. 15. |

BREAKING - SCOTUS DECLINES to take up DACA case this term. They could in the future but this is a huge repudiation of the Trump administration’s efforts to force the court to do their dirty work on DACA on an expedited, political timeline.
