Most of the members of Congress we spoke to don’t see the DACA topic being seriously addressed again until the Supreme Court rules on the case which could be October 2019 or early 2020. Most predictions are that the Supreme Court will strike down DACA which would then force Congress to work on finding a permanent solution for DACA and TPS.
