And your comparison is wrong. Most Americans are personally affected by healthcare issues, so it stands to reason most would support expanded medicare.
Only immigrant communities and an even smaller sub-community within it is impacted by Dreamer legislation.
Now think, the people furthest insolated from DACA, Trump's ignorant base, even they support a DACA fix. Why?
