my I-130 status hasnt changed tho it still says “Case was received at my local office” (been like that for 2 yrs).... but since my card is in production... i shouldnt worry anymore right???....
....i know $500 is just $500.. but it still is $500, my lawyer isnt really cheap, filing fees arent cheap also, and i just paid $900 overall for medical exam.... thanks all again for yall replies ! |
You can call USCIS and let them know about the status on I-130. Did you get the 10 year GC?
