Didn't they shutdown the government to force a vote? That backfired on them the way it did Trump in the last shutdown, only difference being Schumer knew when to fold.
CA and NY sued, NJ defended DACA from Paxton when the federal govt purposely refused. I suppose you think those states are Republican strongholds?
