I am not debating getting the Real ID now. I live in NYC and my License exp 2025, but if by all the accounts that I've read that the exp date on it is the date our EAD exp. I don't know that I would want it.

And I don't know that it would be safe to travel with my passport from a diff country and my reg licence in 2020 since we are not there yet.

Is anyone from NYC and has received it? Are people having this same debate about getting it?
