If you recall, the democrat controlled house passed HR 6 for dreamers. Senate has not taken it up yet. They didn't try to revise it or do anything. It's been sitting there for months. The ball's been in the republican court for months and they chose to do nothing. How is this getting points from latinos for republicans?
