This is my 3rd time renewing. Set to expire in March 2020.
I submitted my renewal in a hurry after realizing I was already within the 120 day mark.

I submitted my forms
10/30/2019, received next day Express

I was rushing to get this in after reading about the delay in some ppl's applications.
Is the USCIS expediting for any particular reason?
