2 EWI's triggers a Permanent Bar meaning they have to stay out of USA for 10 years before they can appeal to enter again but I have read others who were approved. I think it depends on those EWI evidence? This is definitely an experience lawyer route that specializes in this type of scenarios.
Interesting that they were able to clear the EWI with DACA AP (I guess it does not matter how many EWI's someone had). Either way, does this clear both EWI's?
