Really the main thing here is keeping your head down, not being an ass, not drawing attention to yourself. Not speeding. Not drinking and driving. Yes that includes wet reckless. No marijuana. No drugs.

I'd say #2 are DACA family members. We had to disclose all inhabited addresses over the years. It's easy for them to cross reference names or come knocking on those doors.

The biggest take away from all of this is that yes, Trump can end DACA and SCOTUS will likely give him the win, but should the feds use volunteered information it promised not to use against our removal? If the answer is yes, as it's been with the native Americans, the Iranians, NAFTA, China, and plenty other meaningless promises/contracts, it paints the US government yet again as not to be trusted and no one should engage in contracting w/them.
