CIR only after Dream Act. Dreamers are first in line. If the rest want to be legalized they better get behind Dreamers. No CIR first because that is not realistic. If you don’t support Dreamers, you shouldn’t be on this forum. We here love Dreamers and promote Dreamers (not the ones who are felons and convicted DUI criminals). There is no room for such stupidity when it comes to Dreamers.
