It would be a conspiracy theory to assume it is a biological weapon, which it is not given how pathetically weak and how long it takes to incubate, and how masks can reduce it to a mild infection.

However, one of the top scientists from the Wuhan Institute of Virology specializes in bat viruses from SARS to this new one. Okay but lots of people do research with viruses. Just a coincidence they line up.

Chinese research has shown:
According to municipal reports and the testimonies of 31 residents
and 28 visitors, the bat was never a food source in the city, and no bat was traded in the
market. There was possible natural recombination or intermediate host of the coronavirus,
yet little proof has been reported.
280 meters from the market, there was the Wuhan Center for Disease Control & Prevention (WHCDC) where they study bat pathogens.
~12 kilometers from the seafood market and belonged to Wuhan Institute of Virology, Chinese Academy of Sciences where they also study bat pathogens.
So if residents of Wuhan dont eat bat then how did the virus that should be only in the lab, get out of the lab?
It's okay because the Chinese should be believed when it comes to lab safety.

Its fact that Chinese scientists collect viral pathogens, and have a history of them escaping the lab. This global catastrophe is just a lab accident. Nothing malicious given 40 thousand of them died from it. If it were a bioweapon they wouldn't let 40k at minimum, die from from it.
Maybe a sick bat crossed paths with a civet, and the chinese ate the civet.
