Send your renewal in now. They are operating at the Lockbox Offices, but not at the ASCs. They will process your application using previously used Biometrics.

My sister expires in 11/2021 and I expire in 12/2021 and we both sent another renewal. The letter on myUSCIS account says that it has been accepted and they will use my most recent Biometrics to process when the time comes since they are unable to provide me with a biometrics appointment.

If you have the money and were considering it, I'd take the chance and send it.
