Scenario 1
Trumps re-files and the Supreme court kills DACA before the 2020 election. Trumps makes a deal with the Dems to fix DACA and a) The Dems offer nothing less than the full dream act and Trumps take it, yay!, b) Trump offers some shitty deal that covers almost no one and the Dems take it, almost no chance this will happen IMO specially knowing that the Dems could possibly do very well in November and c) Trump and the Dems fight and blame each other but nothing happens (most likely scenario IMO)
Scenario 2
Trumps re-files and the Supreme court kills DACA after the 2020 election and a) The Dems win bigly in November and pass the dream act (or a version of it) with the help of some republicans senators b) The Dems win in November but they can't pass anything because they don't have enough support of republican senators to get 60 votes or c) Trump wins again in November and since he is not running again he does nothing for DACA.
Analysis,
I believe Trumps is hoping for Scenario 1a or 1b, his polls are in the trash and he only cares about winning, if he offers DACA for his Wall and gets it done then he would gain support from the left and the right. Trump has said in the past that one of the reasons Obama won his re-election is because he "gave a gift" (DACA) to the Latino community just before the election.

Option C: Biden can just withdraw the repeal. If DACA is rescinded properly via substantive regulation depending on when the end of the 60 day is: before January 20th - put another substantial regulation out withdrawing the repeal of DACA, after January 20th - just cancel it. EO would just get tangled in another lawsuit and become moot come January 20th, would be easy argument too: Trump was told to do it this way and decided to do something else, give us an injunction because this tard can't follow simple instructions.
Also, Trump's wrong in one thing. Obama "gave a gift" because democrat aligned latino and other immigrant groups were threatening to sit out the election (not that they would in a million years vote for Romney). There isn't a fucking thing he can possibly to make this group consider voting for him or sitting it out. Even clean fucking CIR wouldn't wipe away the last 4 years of nothing but shit.
