What's the point of the ruling when they won't even be released before the elections. It's a partial blow to him. I wanted them to be released too and the fact that Gorsuch and Kavanaugh sided with Roberts and the liberals is the real blow..which is awesome.
I already in a previous post have declared my support for Biden (but I do not expect any immigration legislation any time soon under his administration), 100% due to the coronavirus handling of Trump admin, which has been disastrous. While I do like a lot of Trump Admin policies like America First, strong on Trade and China, I think COVID-19 is issue number 1 right now.
