I sent my renewal application in late May. I got approved in mid-June. I just received my card.
For the previous renewals, I think my EADs were produced right after getting approved. So, I did not understand why it was taking so long.

I just got my EAD today. I think this is why it took so much longer to receive my copy after I got approved. Mine came from Lee's Summit. I guess there is a delay of at least a few weeks.
