I agree with this. I think the only way for congress to pass legislation is each party goats the other party on how much they love DACA, both party claiming they're giving DACA the best deal possible. It's like two people holding food out for a cat, both screaming "come here kitty kitty" so they can get an instagram picture with the cat to post online and in the background the other person crying because they didn't get the picture.
