I manage around 200 staff members at a large fortune 500 company, company which has invested HUNDREDS of thousands into me to be successful, soon in around a year they are bound to invest around 15million dollars in a facility built at my desires. I got no college and have around 8 years of experience and been trained by the top consultants in the world in this industry and guess what? No college. No handouts. Pure hard work. And im barely 26.

Main reason i have a vastly different point of view from most here is that most of the times politics play a part on what i do and get to experience all this crapshow first hand.
