If Biden can do that, then maybe what Trump was speaking of during his interview was aligned with what Biden is saying and Trump intends to beat him to the punch. Otherwise, honestly if it was as simple as doing it on "day one", then why didn't Obama/Biden just give us the path to citizenship during their original administration?

We have to wait and see what actually comes of this EO, either way I think we are absolutely fine in the long run here. The short term will just be a continued roller coaster.
