Hilary was projected to win by 3 to 1 percent. Biden is leading by 8-9 percent after the pollsters “corrected” the polls to favor republicans after they got embarrassed in the last election. Usually when you correct you over-correct. Internal polling by the republicans is probably showing ~15% lead for Biden and would prob affect the down ballot races. After the fiasco of the last debate they made their move.... or maybe trumpster is scared to debate joe again especially if the debate committee prevents him from interrupting during the debates so he made this whole thing up the get out of future debates because he is a scared bitch.
