As much as that sounds nice, it’s very unlike to pass. I think he needs to do a piecemeal immigration bill and deal with Dreamers first and the rest later.

I just don’t see how a huge immigration bill is going to pass even if he were to have a slim majority. It would be a waste of time to work on an unrealistic immigration bill that has no chance of becoming law.
