I personally think this is not the best scenario given a Biden victory. Now with DACA fully restored, there’s probably no pressure for a legislative “fix”. Sure we go back to Obama era immigration policies but when the next election comes around and we’ve been in the program for 12(!) years we’ll be stressed again.

It’s exhausting.
