+ 8 other states urged a Texas federal judge in a new filing today to strike down DACA in a 2018 case, in light of Biden's recent EO to "preserve and fortify" DACA.
The states claim they shouldn't "have to wait for the program to become even more unlawful" for a ruling.

Also note, Biden administration asked for 60 days so they can "become familiar with the issues in this case"
