my question would be: who will be considered essential? the term has been "exploited" heavily to keep businesses who arent that essential open during the pandemic. the company I worked for, for example, falls within the category of utilities because we sell to that industry, and that was used to keep us open during the pandemic. will such broad intrepretation be applied in this case?
