What we are doing at my office is requesting AP for DACA ppl who are attending their visa interview, so that have the option to come back using that. Y’all also have to realize a lot of these people aren’t fully aware about their entries and 90% of the time the parent ‘forgets’ something and without you disclosing a complete history of entry, attorneys will go by the info given.
How do you manage to get it for the date that you need it? Because I know my interview is coming up, but it wont be for another 4-8 months.

Have you had any luck with your clients doing an InfoPass to request an AP on the spot?
