Hello, a while back I was almost attacked by a pitbull while out for walk. If it wasnt for my backpack that I used to fend the dog off I would probably been bitten. It really affected me in the sense that I felt so vulnerable. Since then I bought CO2 gun and carry it with me in my car and backpack when I go a nearby hiking trail. I live in CA where it is legal to carry one.

My question is since I have DACA and if for any reason I get stopped by the cops would I get in trouble for having a CO2 gun with me?

I always have in unloaded when in my car but you could no tell of it was a real gun as oppose to BB/co2 gun.
