Dude, I saw some of the meetings UWD had with the progressive caucus and the Hispanic caucus regarding the reconciliation bill, this is why this push comes from Bernie Sanders. You obviously have no clue how DC works or the influence of lobbyist, which UWD are.

If this was the case, then the millions of hard working undocumented immigrants in farms, factories, construction etc would already be legalized. The reason DA exists is because of lobbyist, protesters, non profit groups, lawyers and all others who demand reform, they fight hard to make it happen.
In your small world, you think politicians look at “hard working” immigrants and say oh look how nice, let’s legalize them.
