i think the GOP is just stalling to run out the clock. All parties in the minority do this, they slow down legislation to limit the about of good/popular bills the opposition can pass. I think only 8 GOP senators coe sponsored the bill so i dont think they have the votes to pass it.

I care about the reconciliation bill more then the bipartisan bill.
