You act like they'd care about they hypocrisy of their judicial actions. Cons at SCOTUS only care about looking out for cons. It's why they struck down California's donor disclosure rules and upheld AZ's voter restrictions.
If they cared about the letter of the law on the constitution, not what they interpret as "constitutional", they wouldn't be out disenfranchising voters, you know, a constitutionally guaranteed right.
