The republicans will always make sure of that.

They're always trying to legalize way too many people at once and that's why nothing happens. Numbers matter. Once the # of ppl hit the million marks, they get cold feet.

They need to save us first. Get us some gcs. It's not a big step to go from temporary status to a permanent one and we got enough public support.

They could legalize all the dreamers in small batches by giving them gcs to thin the numbers down to make it more politically acceptable ...

Ex:
1st year- all dreamers who initially filed in 2012
2nd year- all dreamers who initially filed in 2013
so on and so forth

it would be a slow and annoying, yes, but eventually your turn would come and the numbers of ppl being legalized would be low enough to make it more politically acceptable.
