Do you really think 1) a DACA legalization plan is gonna go through recon? 2) the parliamentarian in her initial ruling even mentioned that there are some legal statuses that are on shaky legal ground 1.e she was talking about DACA 3) Republicans are never legalizing DACA lmao. Not this year and sure as hell not when they come back to power in 2022 4) Do you really want to live your life one lawsuit at a time. The parole option at least has some law behind it.

The amount of delusion some people live in is insane. A CIR or DACA Legalization bill is not coming. Probably ever. Get what you can and then legalize through those means
