Thank you! Country is Ecuador. My timeline is super messed up mostly due to a shitty lawyers. My mom petitioned me back in 2009 and it was approved in 2010. The lawyer we had never bothered to follow up or do much until 2016 when we hired another lawyer than again didn't do the proper process and ended up messing it up.

In 2019 I finally hired a lawyer who explained what we needed to do and started the 601 Waiver process that was approved in early 2021 and then got my consular interview notice in Oct for Nov.
