Update on my AoS (through marriage with USC):
We submitted all the forms with the help of a local Korean immigration lawyer. Glad we did that because there were so many documents I didn’t realize I needed. And had to order from the Korean consulate and translated and notarized. It was a lot of work.
Finally submitted April 6 and they received it April 8th. Then it took about a month but as of May 11, I’ve been approved of EAD (I-765) plus AP combo so my card will be arriving soon. Still waiting to hear back on I-140 and I-485.
