Big news:

Sen. Thom Tillis and Kyrsten Sinema have reached a deal on a framework of immigration reforms:

*Protections for 2 million Dreamers
*New resources to speed processing asylum seekers
*Fast removal of migrants who don't qualify

A white paper outlining the framework of reforms that Tillis and Sinema have agreed to is circulating among lawmakers and advocates.

Sources describe the details to me as follows:

Advocates tell me they think 10 GOP senators are gettable for these reforms, mostly Republicans who are retiring or are willing to challenge the GOP's Trump wing.

Will Republicans support something that *actually* would bring more order to the border?
