Call them again and when the automated system allows you say "infopass" that should get you to a live agent. They will point you to this site

Basically you'll need to wait 120 days before you can really ask about your case. That link is basically just a Calendar calculator.
I'm not sure what processing center your case is in but Nebraska is taking an avarage of 70-90 calendar days to get to an approval and then an additional 3 or so weeks to produce and ship your EAD
It's never taken this long for me to get a renewal. It's only ever taken a max of 30 days from the day I mail in my forms to the day it arrives in the mail.
If your job is this much on it already and asking for your renewal then you'll probably be placed on an unpaid LOA until you get it all sorted
