I think that the situation is so absurd right now in that the people who just arrived are being sent NOT to the location of their choice and yet get expedited work authorization, something that workers who have built a life and home on their own don't have a process to apply...and people with current work authorization are at risk of expiring before renewal.


I do think that everyone's doing their best, but the country needs a new plan. Watch the MSNBC panel discussion that aired today - 40+ years without updating new immigration laws, positive ones that respond to market, humanitarian, and modern needs.
