Honestly I always thought he's autistic or just really really dumb. He'd ask questions (mainly regarding 245(i) grandfathering, from I gather he was grandfathered thanks to a labor cert filed for a parent before the sunset date), get answers, then re-ask the same thing over and over again or make some weird comments. Dude obviously had a good lawyer who crossed all the 't's and dotted all the 'i's because I doubt he could DIY it.
